A healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to provide full-time locum tenens coverage from June 2026 through December 2026, with potential to transition to a permanent position. Role includes a mix of clinic and call, with a 1:5 call rotation.

Position Details:

• Full-time coverage required June December 2026

• Mix of outpatient clinic duties and call coverage

• Approximately 250 births per year

• Full-scope OB and GYN services required

• EMR: Epic

• Opportunity for locums-to-perm conversion

Reimbursement (Provided by Facility):

• Flights: Standard airfare (no first-class)

• Lodging: Up to $200/night after taxes/fees

• Rental Car: Standard vehicle only

• Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Bill Rates Needed for Submission:

• Hourly

• Holiday Hourly

• Overtime

• 24-Hour On Call

• Call Back

• Conversion fee (capped at $25,000)
