Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient ortho experience preferred for an 8-hour day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Typical shift is 8 hours per day with a day shift schedule
• No on-call or floating to other clinics required
• Patient population consists primarily of orthopedic cases
• Expected to see 12-14 patients per day with 60 visits per week; double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Option to work with a travel team in this or a neighboring clinic
• Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of outpatient orthopedic patients
• Expect to work 36 to 40 hours per week depending on caseload
• Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked
• Scrub or dress code details not specified
• Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered; different pay rates may apply

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Outpatient experience is preferred
