Job Overview
Tusing Builders LTD is seeking an experienced and dependable hands-on Construction Repair Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects. This full-time position plays a critical role in managing field operations, supervising crews, coordinating materials and equipment and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience, ability to do repair work, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage crews and job sites independently.

Key Responsibilities
Ability to do repair work such has shingle repairs, siding projects and additions for both residential and commercial projects.
Provide full oversight of construction projects in collaboration with the project manager.
Conduct pre-job walk-throughs and final inspections to ensure all specifications are met.
Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project timelines.
Supervise and support less experienced team members with training and direction.
Maintain safety compliance on-site, including first aid, fire safety, and MSDS protocols.
Communicate daily with customers and act as liaison between clients and company.
Track and document change orders, timecards, materials, and field adjustments.
Maintain digital photo documentation of progress, issues, and change approvals.
Enforce site cleanliness and jobsite protection at all times.
Ensure proper use, care, and reporting of all company equipment and materials.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight.
Skilled at mentoring and supervising junior team members.
Must live within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with safety procedures, blueprint reading, and field documentation tools.
