Asa full-time Family Medicine Physician in Valparaiso, IN, you will coordinateand provide proactive care for patients with chronic conditions, as well asidentify wellness and preventive services for clinical patients. This roleinvolves seeing patients two days per week in a clinical setting and serving asfaculty for our Physician Residency Program, teaching residents during theother two days.

FacultyResponsibilities:
