- 14 days per month -- nights and weekends call coverage required
- 15 patients per day in clinic
- Clinic and minimal inpatient rounding -- phone call coverage for nights/weekends
- Ultrasound coverage one day per week
- Consultative L&D service -- no deliveries required
- Ongoing coverage need
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
