Assignment Details:

• First rotation: November , with future ongoing dates available

• Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Call Requirements: No call

• Coverage Needed: At Least 1 day per week (ongoing)

Practice Setting:

• 100% Outpatient, group practice setting

• Support staff includes radiology techs, nurses, and medical assistants

• EMR: Advanced MD

Procedures:

• Focus on dialysis access procedures

• 6 10 cases per day

• Procedures include: Catheters, Declog, Fistulagram

Requirements:

• Board Certification required

• Active California license required

• DEA required

Credentialing:

• Fast-track credentialing available ( hours)
