Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs at MultiCare Allenmore
Qualifications:
- AGACNP preferred; FNPs only with at least 2 years hospitalist experience
- Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in WA
- Authorized to work in the United States
Scheduling:
- Full-time position follows a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation
- Day shift 7am-7pm
Key Responsibilities:
- High level of autonomy
- Rounding and admissions
- Open ICU, no procedures but our team does respond to codes and rapids

Compensation:
- Base salary in the range of $150K+ along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package
