The Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner provides specialized care for patients with hematologic blood cancers and those undergoing cellular transplants. Responsibilities include patient rounds, care coordination, admissions, discharges, and management of post-transplant relapses and comorbidities. Experience with bone marrow transplant (BMT) and hospitalist duties is highly valued.
