Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Rockwall, TX

Required Skills:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Texas
- Active DEA and Texas Medical Board registration
- Proven experience managing obstetric and gynecologic cases
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with expedited privileges
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetric practice experience
- Previous experience working in hospital-based obstetrics
Other Requirements:
- Availability for weekend shifts and flexibility to work additional hours if needed
- Willingness to complete hospital credentialing and compliance procedures
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date licenses and certifications
- Must meet hospital credentialing requirements, including expedited privileges if applicable
- No travel restrictions; must adhere to hospital policies and protocols
