Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in the applicable state.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven clinical expertise in obstetric and gynecologic care.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with gynecologic surgeries and obstetric procedures.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
- Prior experience working in community or outpatient settings.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start in January 2026.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.
- Willingness to travel for conferences or training as needed.
- Commitment to adhering to all applicable state, federal, and local laws and guidelines.
Compensation for this role is $1.00 per hour, reflecting an initial offer with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
