Starting Salary: $104,000 annually
Shift: Evenings 3 PM to 11 PM
Monday through Friday

What You'll Do:
As an RN Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of an RN Supervisor include:
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse license
- An advanced degree or certification is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
