What You’ll Do
- Manage personal lines clients throughout the full policy cycle
- Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Explain coverages and policy options in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Prepare quotes for new and renewal business
- Handle endorsements, billing questions, cancellations, and policy updates
- Collaborate closely with producers and team members in a supportive environment
- Keep accurate records and follow agency procedures to ensure consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Active MA P&C license
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
- QQCatalyst experience is helpful (not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
