Required Documents:
Updated Resume
Active Ohio Physical Therapist Licensed Required
AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
Covid Vaccine Card
Experience in Rehabilitation preferred.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ physical therapy experience in an inpatient setting
Highly preferred; acute/rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
Must Have Skills/Experience: EMAR knowledge and skills, appropriate communication skills, communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)
Preferred Skillset/Experience: IRF experience required
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro patients
Personality Fit: Must be cooperative and have desire to be a team player
