Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Indiana SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, including instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBSS), preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
