- Manage a portfolio of clients accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue by introducing clients to additional services that add value to their business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless account management.
- Drive operational excellence and meet performance goals.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Insurance knowledge.
- Solid financial acumen
