Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Unit. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience with a focus on maternal and neonatal care. The ideal candidate will provide care while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:6, with a commitment to providing excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for neonates, infants, and adults.
- Visit patients diagnosed with NSD, C-section, chorio, chronic hypertension, and diabetes.
- Utilize equipment such as Sara Steady, Bedside Scale, Bladder Scanner, Bilimeter, and Breast Pump.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant setting.
- Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at time of submission.
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate.
- Previous charge experience is preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
