The Warehouse Associate-Equipment Operator at Wayfair is responsible for operating order pickers, reach trucks, and scanning equipment to efficiently manage inventory and fulfill orders while maintaining safety standards. This role requires physical ability to lift heavy weights, work at heights, and use warehouse management systems. The position offers multiple shifts, benefits starting day one, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The pay for this position is $20.00/hr + $1.50/hr Equipment Operator Premium when applicable
Interview process: A video interview and onsite tour will be required in the interview process. If unable to accommodate a video interview, an onsite interview will be required. Proof of identification will need to be brought to the onsite tour.

- Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment technology to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System
- Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues
- Accurately identify units for storage or shipment
- Work at heights of 30ft and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Minimum 6 months of cherry picker experience required. Must be comfortable with heights (35 ft.)
- Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.
- Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
- Strong, consistent work ethic.
- Comfort with scanning technology.
- Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
- Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
- Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
