Job Title: Locum - Physician - Otolaryngology Summary:

Join a dedicated ENT team at a premier facility located in Lakewood, Colorado, providing urgent locum support. Coverage is needed starting December 15th, 2025. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide standard ENT coverage, primarily in an inpatient setting.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage (from 7 AM to 7 AM).
• Perform necessary procedures as required for ENT cases.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Work with no direct support staff available during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (required).
• Active Colorado license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) (required).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Active Colorado DEA (highly preferred).
• Availability to cover designated dates as outlined in the job description (required).
• Clean malpractice and background (required).
• Local or drive-in candidates preferred (highly preferred).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active CO license or IMLC.
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
• Active BLS certification.
• Active CO DEA (preferred).
