Job Details
We are seeking a debt resolution and/or Collections Specialist to work in Reston, VA to secure the credit union assets and protect from financial loss. Processes credit insurance coverage, as well as collateral protection, and handles title work for secured loans. Maintains document management system for the Credit Union. Complies with all Credit Union rules and regulations, including BSA/AML, and Loan and Fair Lending Policies.
Skills you need:
1-3 year of collections experience, collector at a bank or credit union
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
