We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing neighborhood-based practice model. This role is designed to prioritize quality over volume, giving you more time with patients and less administrative burden.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting

• Utilize EMR to maintain accurate patient records

• Participate in clinic-wide initiatives to improve quality and reduce hospital admissions

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active/unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)

• DEA license and U.S. work authorization

• Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-focused care
