- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1570-$1680
- Call Rotation: Every 6 weeks (includes weekday, Friday, and weekend call)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Clinical experience in ortho, neuro, robotics, and general surgery cases
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- BLS certification (AHA preferred; military acceptable)
- Ability to complete required modules (8-12 hours pre-start and during orientation)
- State-issued ID required prior to submission
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients
- Assist in ortho, neuro, robotics, and general surgery procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system
- Participate in scheduled call rotations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Support patients and families throughout the surgical process
