Travel Nursing Job Details

• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00), Monday, Thursday, Friday
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1570-$1680
• Call Rotation: Every 6 weeks (includes weekday, Friday, and weekend call)
• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
• Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Clinical experience in ortho, neuro, robotics, and general surgery cases
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• BLS certification (AHA preferred; military acceptable)
• Ability to complete required modules (8-12 hours pre-start and during orientation)
• State-issued ID required prior to submission

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist in ortho, neuro, robotics, and general surgery procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system
• Participate in scheduled call rotations
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support patients and families throughout the surgical process
