This position is for an Internal Medicine Physician providing care in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Long-Term Acute Care settings in South Bend, Indiana. The role offers RVU-based compensation with a minimum patient load and the potential for additional Medical Director stipend. The schedule is Monday to Friday with no on-call responsibilities and benefits including medical, dental, and 401k.
