Regional Sales Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Comfortable with 50% travel for this position
• Minimum 5 years of diversified industry experience 
• Proven experience in Power Transmission/Motion Control Distribution and OEM sales
• Solid track record of team leadership and territory management
• Lead and manage Manufacturer's Representatives across a 9-state Western territory
