Work-life balance with shared 1:6 call and weekend call rarely (≈ every 12–14 months). Part-time permanent OB/GYN role in Greater DC metro (Northern VA, Howard County, Silver Spring). Mix of clinic and surgery, ~8‑hour days, ~6 patients/hour. Shared call 1:6. New grads welcome. - MD/DO with OB/GYN residency completion - Active state medical license (MD/VA/MD area) or eligible - Ability to perform obstetric/gynecologic surgery - Comfortable with clinic pace (~6 pts/hr) and call schedule - Malpractice coverage/board eligibility preferred
