Dual-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily guest service and store operations for 4 locations
- Train, hire, coach, and motivate team
- Ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
- Financial and operational accountability
- Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere
Dual-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
- 3-4 years of experience managing and leading operations in high growth hospitality/consumer brands
- Strong leadership ability and communication skills; ability to inspire others to success
- Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for growth
- Technology, POS platforms, and financial expertise
- You should have a track record of building successful teams and growing a brand to multiple locations
