- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- 32 units per week productivity expectation
- Serves patient homes and assisted living facilities
- Home health experience required
- 85% travel time
- Documentation due within 24 hours
- 2 - 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
