Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient ortho role, open to new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy setting
• Primarily treats outpatient ortho patient population
• 8-hour day shifts with an expected schedule of up to 40 hours weekly
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with 12-14 patients seen daily
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No floating to other clinics required
• No call or on-call responsibilities
• Main responsibilities include delivering outpatient orthopedic therapy and managing a daily caseload efficiently
• Orientation and support will be available for first-time travelers and new graduates
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted
• Overtime must be approved by the director before being worked

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Open to new graduates
• Accepts candidates on their first travel assignment
