The site will consider any type (specialty) of provider that can debride wounds, is comfortable with procedures, and dermatological procedures. Every provider must undergo a 53-hour wound care/HBO training before they can be credentialed with the hospital. This is an online training that can be completed at home. Once complete, the provider can be credentialed and scheduled. The provider can then work at any Healogic site after being credentialed at each site, and the training is a one-time deal. This particular assignment is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. The facility is open to considering a provider for either part-time or full-time.
