Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado . Position Highlights:
- Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
- 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
- Limited shared call (phone consult only)
- Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

- Salary: $235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
- Educational loan repayment: $100,000
- Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance: $60,000
- Resident stipend: Up to $18,000
