Houlton, Maine: We seek a cheerful Family Medicine Physician to join an established and financially secure rural health center (FQHC) with over 40 years of successful operation. This nonprofit organization runs practices in six towns (soon to be seven) providing primary care, urgent care, mental health, dentistry, podiatry, physical therapy and other healthcare services to thousands of patients across a large swath of northern Maine. POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THREE LOCATIONS. J1/H1b visa support is available. NHSC candidates are welcome. This is a rewarding outpatient-only practice where you will care for patients of all ages many of whom are uninsured or underinsured including some walk-in/urgent care. Your panel will be weighted toward geriatrics more than pediatrics. You will join physicians and NP/PAs in a modern facility with state-of-the-art technology, supported by an experienced team.
