There is an immediate need in the community due to the death of an established senior Surgeon. You will have an immediately busy outpatient practice, and be credentialed at both the local Hospital, and a same day Surgi-clinic nearby. There is an abundance of general ENT opportunities, but training or experience in Head and Neck ( particularly Thyroid, parathyroid, and parotid) would be particularly valuable.
