Shift: 0-8 hours/week (Flexible Schedule)
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to serve as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in ongoing and upcoming clinical trials. The role involves overseeing study participants, ensuring protocol compliance, monitoring patient safety, and collaborating with research staff.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as Sub-Investigator or Principal Investigator in clinical trials
Conduct medical evaluations and assess participant eligibility
Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and treatment response
Review and sign study documentation in accordance with protocols and regulations
Collaborate with coordinators, nurses, and research staff
Attend training sessions and maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
MD or DO with an active Michigan medical license
Board-certified in Psychiatry
Interest in clinical research (training provided; prior experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
