Reconditioning Center Photographer

Work hands-on with vehicle inventory photography at a major family-owned auto group. Reconditioning Center Photographer; full-time schedule at Walser Automotive Group recon center; on-site role photographing, editing, and uploading vehicle images; ongoing/regular position in Minnesota area (location varies by dealership); permanent hire (not specified term). - High school diploma or GED - Valid driver’s license with acceptable record - 1+ year photography experience preferred - Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 60 lbs - Wear required PPE (safety eyewear, hard-toed/slip-resistant shoes)

Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)

• Take high quality photographs of dealerships vehicle inventory
• Upload and edit photos of inventory to be posted on various internal and external websites
• Data entry of vehicle equipment
• Maintenance of photo area including floor cleaning (dust mopping and floor scrubbing, etc.)
• Keep track of daily inventory (which vehicles still need photos, and which vehicles are completed)
• Provide completion reports to direct manager
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
• Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience in photography a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization and planning
• Good problem-solving skills and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

 

Physical Demands

• Moving and walking around the Recon warehouse
• Sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting
• Utilizing a computer for day-to-day tasks and electronic technology required by OEMs
• Certain areas of the Recon warehouse environmental demands may include noise, vibration, paint, dust, exhaust fumes, other hazardous and non-hazardous materials, extreme heat and/or cold
• Driving vehicles
• Using equipment consistent with industry standards
• Lifting up to 60 pounds
• Utilizing physical and manual dexterity
