Job Details:
• 48-hour guarantee per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Adult-geriatric patient population
• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with nursing and patient care team personnel
• Float to Kingsbury unit as needed
• Professional scrubs required (no logos, traveler provided)
• Use Epic electronic medical record system
• No billable orientation provided
• 2+ years medical-surgical experience required
• Cardiac drip experience required
• Dementia experience and management required
• NIHSS experience strongly preferred
• Epic experience required
• New Hampshire nursing license required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• Block scheduling not available
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
• 5 days or less return to offer accepted
• All medical compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
