Director of Revenue Cycle Management
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Cycle Management who is ready to make a meaningful impact. Key Leadership Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with Ownership to shape and execute operational strategy
- Set, track, and own department KPIs (DSO, denials, clean claim rate, lag days, productivity, etc.)
- Standardize workflows across clients, locations, and specialties
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for both local and offshore teams
- Modernize the revenue cycle through automation tools and AI adoption
- Serve as the executive escalation point for client and internal RCM performance issues
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ (including offshore/outsourced teams)
- Ability to work across multiple EMRs and billing platforms
- Strong focus on KPIs, process optimization, and financial performance
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented, non-bureaucratic environments
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000–$150,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus
