The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, painting, and ensuring safety protocols in a residential community. This role includes responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and maintaining storage and cleanliness of the community. The position supports the overall well-being and safety of the residents and community staff in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
Salary range: USD $22.25 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
$22.25-$25.50/hour
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications:
You have prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience.
You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
You like to be busy with a variety of tasks.
