- Shift: 10-hour shifts; 8:00am - 6:00pm or 12:00pm - 10:00pm
- Shifts per Week: 4 shifts, including weekends
- License/Certification: OK, BLS, ACLS
- Experience: 2 years in Emergency, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a clinical care team to deliver healthcare in the patient s home
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses
- Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
- Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
- Accurately document patient encounters and ensure accuracy
- Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange appropriate follow-up for patients
- Educate patients and families on managing health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
