Hematology - Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p
• Practice Setting: Cancer Center
• Types of Cases and Required Procedures: General Hematology - Oncology. In Office and Infusion Practice
• Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Mosaiq
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification, and Oncology Certified
• Licensure Required: Active New York State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
