Position Highlights:
• Team-based model: 3 Urologists supported by 3 experienced APPs.
• Sustainable workload: reasonable volumes with light, well-covered call.
• Practice structure: dedicated clinic days and protected OR block time.
• Technology: Da Vinci XI robotics, advanced imaging, Epic EMR.
Compensation & Package:
• $510,000 base salary plus wRVU productivity incentives.
• $45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance.
• $100,000 student loan repayment.
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and 401(k).
