Excellent Psychiatrist opportunity near Fort Wayne, Indiana. Join a team that is dedicated to patient care and values work life balance for their physicians as well. Work in a 120-bed inpatient facility caring for the adult and geriatric population with the option for Medical Directorship M-F 8 AM-5 PM with some schedule flexibility. NP support. 12-16 pts per day on average. Primarily inpatient, may include occasional coverage of PHP/IOP and telemedicine consults. Excellent administrative support. After hour call coverage (rotation/voluntary). Weekend coverage (rotation/voluntary). Generous base salary + productivity bonus. Medical Directorship available.
