A polished Charlotte Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Front of House Manager to lead service operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a visible floor leader who can coach teams in real time and maintain strong service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of full-service upsclase/restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead FOH teams in high-volume settings
  • Strong skills in scheduling, labor management, and service execution
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and decisively

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Experience in fine dining or polished-casual concepts
  • Familiarity with elevated bar and beverage programs
  • Track record of improving service consistency and team accountability
  • Strong collaboration with BOH leadership
