Schedule
- 90038 & 90028 Clinics: Open Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
- 90004 Clinic: Open Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- All clinics seeking 40 hours/week of provider coverage
Practice Details
- Estimated Patient Volume: 22 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
- Outpatient only
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to clinic patients, including:
- Conducting physical exams
- Ordering and interpreting lab, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Developing and managing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting care as needed
- Serve as a patient and family advocate by supporting access to care and resolving concerns
- Mentor and collaborate with medical students, residents, and support staff on patient care and clinical decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement efforts including peer review, setting clinical standards, and monitoring service delivery
- Engage in regular meetings with other providers to discuss clinical concerns and enhance care delivery
- Contribute to operational enhancements by joining team meetings and offering input on workflows and best practices
- Support new program development and take part in health care initiatives and pilot projects
- Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to design and implement relevant staff training and professional development programs
