The Clinical Nurse ECT PRN provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing electroconvulsive therapy within a psychiatric hospital setting, including assessment, planning, and patient education. The role requires prior ECT experience and promotes patient-centered care, safety, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. It operates under established nursing standards and supports patient recovery in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Hours 7 am to 2 PM (Department operates 7 am to 2 PM Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri)
- 2 shifts in 6 week schedule
- Prior ECT experience required.

Electro Convulsive Therapy treatments and recovery are provided to inpatient and outpatient populations by clinical experts from our psychiatric medical team, anesthesia physicians and nursing staff . All services are provided on the 15th floor within our psychiatry division
