Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment covering Wayne and Washtenaw Counties, with BLS certification required and day shift scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Home health certified unit serving patients in Wayne and Washtenaw Counties
- Day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00
- Occasional weekend work is required, typically 1-2 days per month
- May be scheduled to work at least one holiday during the assignment
- Patients are seen in their homes across multiple counties
- Uses Epic EMR system
- Orientation may include verification of credentials and documentation
- References are required for consideration
- COVID vaccination documentation is required
- Scrubs or professional attire may be required for home health visits
Requirements
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required
- License required if applicable
- Must provide documentation of license or certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Must be able to travel to patient homes throughout Wayne and Washtenaw Counties
