Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experience Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the payroll operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Payroll Specialist - US
Location: Beloit, WI
Pay Range: 70K - 85K
What's the Job?
- Manage high volume payroll cycles on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax obligations and statutory requirements across multiple US states
- Handle year-end payroll processing and reporting
- Utilize SAP and ADP Globalview systems to process payroll accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP and/or ADP Globalview systems
- At least 5 years of US payroll processing experience
- Experience processing payroll across 5+ US states
- Knowledge of payroll tax obligations and statutory compliance
- Ability to manage high volume payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness
