Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Olean, NY
MedAdventures is seeking a compassionate and skilled SLP to join a supportive skilled nursing facility in Olean, NY. In this role, you’ll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities while making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support functional outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and facility staff to optimize care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active New York SLP license (or eligibility)
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
