Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in New York requiring EPIC proficiency and extensive ICU/CCU background.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital ICU/CCU setting
- Float to Med Surg/Tele units as needed
- Uses EPIC EMR system with demonstrated experience required
- Personal scrubs in any solid color required; no designs, cartoons, or hoodies allowed
- A 14-panel drug screen is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- Personal address must match driver's license or state ID and will be validated during compliance
- No scheduling accommodations will be considered
- Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed
- References are not required if previously employed at Cheshire Medical Center
Requirements
- Active NY RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; must be uploaded with profile
- Minimum of 5 years total RN experience and at least 3 years in ICU/CCU required
- Documented travel nursing experience required
- Must be willing and able to float to Med Surg/Tele
- Must have prior proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
- Must provide 1-2 supervisory signed references from within the past two years
- Applicant must have a personal vehicle
