Paid malpractice, travel and housing — locums General Surgeon in NC with competitive comp. Locum General Surgeon; weekend call blocks; 7–8 pts/day, 1–2 admissions/day & night; ~50 cases/month (appendectomy, chole, hernia, I&D); emergency procedures required; no code responses or ER backup; NC location; contract locum assignment with online time entry. - Active General Surgery license (or ability to obtain NC license) - Board-certified or eligible General Surgeon with OR experience - Current ACLS/BLS (per facility) and malpractice credentials - Minimum prior hospital surgery experience with emergency cases - Ability to travel for locum assignment
