- Exceptional Support: You will work alongside a cohesive team of 4 Board-Certified physicians and experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Our clinic is supported by on-site diagnostics and screening facilities, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Predictable Workload:
- Schedule: A highly coveted 4-day work week with a set day off.
- Call: Enjoy a manageable and collaborative 1 weekday/every 4th weekend rotation. Call is kept very light and is done comfortably from home, with flexible team swapping.
- Delivery Volume: The group manages an average of 30-35 deliveries per month, ensuring consistent surgical experience without burnout.
