We're currently looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) at Caravel. Whether you're just starting your career or looking for something more meaningful, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.

No experience in behavioral health? No problem!
We'll invest in you with paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within just 120 days of hire.
What We Offer:- Competitive Pay
- No RBT yet? Start at $17.50-$18.50/hour
- RBT certified? Start at $18/hour, with opportunities to grow to $24.50/hour
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid RBT certification and training (we cover the exam costs!)

Schedule & Requirements:- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
- Must be 18 or older with a positive, solution-focused attitude
